1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AuraSched ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AuraSched's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. Payments are processed through Stripe, and you agree to their terms of service as well. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AuraSched, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
